Permanently delete a live channel by id. Encoder ingest channels and VOD Rebroadcast channels use the same path.
A successful delete returns 204 with an empty body. VOD linked to VOD2Live channels is not deleted.
If the channel does not exist, the API returns 404.
Channel deleted. Empty body.
