VOD deletion response consistency

Deleting a VOD through the API now follows consistent HTTP semantics: a successful delete returns 204 No Content, and a second delete (or a delete of a missing id) returns 404 Not Found. Clients can treat empty 204 as success and stop treating ambiguous empty or non-JSON bodies as a special case.
Use your existing Delete Video call with X-Api-Key and X-Format: default. Pair this with Delete Video Source and Delete Rendition when you need finer-grained storage cleanup instead of removing the whole asset.
